.NET Software Engineer – Hybrid (Richterswil)

About the role

We are looking for a .NET Software Engineer to join an innovative software company near Zurich. The position is based in Richterswil, Switzerland and offers a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex .NET applications from concept to market‑ready product.
• Implement and optimise messaging layers and distributed system architecture.
• Apply Test‑Driven Development, system testing and continuous integration practices.
• Use mocking frameworks to support automated testing.
• Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams while also working independently on entrepreneurial initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent German speaker, based in Switzerland with the right to work.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field (highly favourable).
• Proven experience with .NET technologies and C#.
• Strong understanding of messaging, distributed systems and modern testing methodologies.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering high‑quality code.
