Network Strategy Management Lead – Hybrid

About the role

The Associate Director, Network Strategy Management, shapes and executes strategy for Takeda’s global manufacturing network. Based in Zurich (or Boston), the role reports to the Head of GSQ Strategy and influences Global Manufacturing, Operating Units, and Global Functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams in strategic network studies and scenario planning, collaborating with Network Strategy Leads.
• Develop and govern standards, methodologies, data practices, and performance measures for network modelling and capacity assessment.
• Chair governance reviews, define decision rights, and guide AI‑enabled network modelling road‑maps.
• Advise senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and translate complex scenarios into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological sciences, or pharmacy.
• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, including financial analysis responsibilities.
• Strong planning skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams across commercial, R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.
