Nurse – Switzerland Wide Opportunities

About the role

We are hiring qualified and compassionate Nurses (Infirmier / Infirmière / Infermiere) to provide high‑quality patient care across Switzerland. Opportunities exist in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, nursing homes and home‑healthcare providers in multiple cantons.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and monitor patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to medical instructions.
• Assess patients and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with wound care, clinical procedures and patient recovery.
• Support patients with mobility, personal care and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as a Registered Nurse or equivalent.
• Swiss professional recognition through the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) or eligibility to obtain it.
• Previous nursing experience preferred; specialised clinical experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the language required for the working region (German, French or Italian).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and teamwork skills.
• Legal authorisation to work in Switzerland.

Required skills

• Clinical nursing skills across various specialties (general, intensive care, emergency, OR, geriatric, rehabilitation, psychiatric, oncology, medical‑surgical, outpatient/home healthcare).
• Ability to follow hygiene, patient safety and clinical quality standards.
