Online Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Performance Coach

About the role

You will coach high‑performing executives who travel frequently and have demanding schedules. The focus is on creating intelligent, time‑efficient fitness and nutrition routines that fit around meetings, client dinners and constant travel.

Key responsibilities

• Design personalised fat‑loss and performance programmes that can be executed remotely.
• Integrate nutrition plans with evidence‑based strategies tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and adjustments to ensure continuous progress.
• Adapt routines to accommodate travel, time‑zone changes and packed calendars.
• Monitor client results and refine approaches to maximise energy, body composition and professional presence.

Required profile

• Charismatic, people‑oriented personality.
• Deep, evidence‑based knowledge of nutrition with a specialty in fat loss.
• Strong command of exercise training and technique.
• Hands‑on experience coaching executives or senior professionals.
• Native or fluent English.
• Based in Switzerland.

Required skills

• Evidence‑based nutrition expertise (fat‑loss focus).
• Exercise training and technique proficiency.
• Understanding of human biology, circadian rhythm and psychology (advantageous).
