Onsite IT Technician

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Onsite IT Technician who enjoys working directly with users and has a strong interest in technology. The role involves providing face‑to‑face support, installing and maintaining hardware, and contributing to small‑scale projects that improve our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site IT support to end‑users, including hardware installation, relocation and de‑installation.
• Troubleshoot personal hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers and scanners.
• Test system and application changes, prepare scripts, and work within a Windows 10 and Office 365 environment.
• Manage small projects related to new hardware or software roll‑outs.
• Deploy software, patches and updates using Microsoft SCCM.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build effective relationships with team members and business users.

Required skills

• Windows 10 operating system.
• Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Active Directory administration.
• Hardware installation and troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).
• ITSM ticket‑management tools.
• Asset and client management platforms.
