Operational Excellence Strategy Rotational Program – Product Creation Academy

About the role

This 2‑year rotational program, the Product Creation Academy, prepares you for a future position in the Operational Excellence Strategy team at On. You will rotate across product‑related functions, gaining deep insight into how premium footwear, apparel and accessories are developed and brought to market.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple product organization teams to build a comprehensive understanding of product development processes.
• Support strategic and operational projects that improve processes, ways of working and organizational effectiveness.
• Co‑develop solutions with innovation, product strategy, design, development and sourcing teams to align product delivery.
• Analyse complex business challenges, synthesize insights and deliver actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Educational background in Business, Management, Strategy, Operations, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in analytics, consulting, product strategy, business development or strategic roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort working with data and cross‑functional topics.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Curious, proactive, collaborative mindset with a keen interest in product creation and organizational effectiveness.
