Operations & Regulatory Associate

About the role

Audax Solutions AG is a Zurich‑based fintech developing regulated financial infrastructure for business clients. The Operations & Regulatory Associate will support the execution of regulatory, operational and administrative workstreams, working closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain structured documentation libraries, track versioning and status across active workstreams.
• Monitor open items, deadlines and dependencies for regulatory, legal, compliance and operational matters.
• Coordinate document requests and follow‑ups with external counsel, auditors, vendors and counterparties.
• Prepare first drafts of routine correspondence, meeting minutes and internal follow‑up notes.
• Track publications from FINMA, SNB, SIX and flag material items to senior staff.
• Support audit preparation by organising evidence packages and scheduling walkthroughs.
• Maintain action logs, vendor trackers, renewal calendars and operational checklists.
• Process invoices, coordinate approvals and manage payment schedules.
• Liaise with IT vendors on tickets, renewals and service coordination; maintain software licence inventory and access‑rights records.
• Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and procurement of equipment.
• Assist with operational controls, evidence collection and record‑keeping aligned with FINMA requirements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a regulated or structured environment, preferably Swiss or EU financial services, legal operations, compliance, audit support or corporate administration.
• Strong written English; German language skills are a plus.
• Comfortable handling document‑heavy workflows and structured filing systems.
