Operations Supervisor

About the role

As an Operations Supervisor you will be the central hub ensuring seamless passenger transport operations in Geneva. You will coordinate real‑time information, manage fleet logistics and support drivers to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor satellite tracking, weather reports and flight status via the Samara application and AlpsBooking to keep schedules on track.
• Optimize door‑to‑door transfer routes, assign drivers and vehicles, and re‑allocate capacity during traffic or weather disruptions.
• Oversee daily driver check‑ins, enforce EU tachograph compliance and manage shift handovers.
• Act as the operational point of contact for driver emergencies, breakdowns, missing passengers and urgent schedule changes.
• Communicate with airport representatives, fleet managers and call centres in English and French to deliver top‑tier customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AlpsBooking software and the Samara application.
• Full professional proficiency in English and intermediate‑to‑advanced French (B2/C1).
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, early mornings and late evenings.
• Background in passenger transport operations, route optimisation and EU tachograph/driver‑hours regulations.
• Proactive, resilient under pressure and able to make decisive decisions.
