Paralegal – Customer Service & LegalTech Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paralegal who combines legal expertise with a strong passion for customer service in a fast‑growing LegalTech environment. Based in Switzerland, you will help clients navigate legal processes while maximizing the value of our innovative software platform.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and organise legal documents and agreements according to customer requirements.
• Prepare legal documentation for internal review and client delivery.
• Respond to client inquiries about services, account management and platform usage.
• Assist customers with technical setup, including configuring connections to source‑code‑management platforms.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospects and providing guidance via email and web channels.
• Prepare and deliver customer reports with clear insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction, retention and service quality.
• Act as a trusted advocate, identifying challenges and helping users achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented professional with a blend of legal knowledge and customer‑service skills.
• Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, customer success specialist or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong ability to draft and review legal documents with high accuracy.
• Interest in LegalTech, SaaS platforms and technology‑enabled legal services.
• Excellent written English communication and professional interaction skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
