Part-time Remote Consultant – Healthcare & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time remote Consultant to work with our clients on healthcare, operations and organisational development challenges. The role involves delivering expert advice, designing solutions and supporting implementation to help organisations meet their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and current processes.
• Develop tailored recommendations and strategic road‑maps.
• Assist clients in decision‑making and ensure alignment with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of approved solutions and monitor progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in consultancy or advisory roles, preferably within healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time environment.
