Partner, Client Service – Life Sciences Consulting

About the role

As a Partner you will lead core accounts within global pharmaceutical and biotech companies, shaping client work and developing a high‑performing practice at Genioo.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business of roughly CHF 3M, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead client development and engagement for large‑scale transformation programs with C‑level executives.
• Create and execute account plans, ensuring rigorous monitoring and sustainable growth.
• Coach teams to win and deliver consulting opportunities while embedding Genioo QA processes.

Required profile

• 15‑25 years of professional experience, including 8+ years in consulting.
• Consulting background in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech) from a top‑5 firm.
• Operational leadership experience within a Life Sciences company.
• Proven track record of client development and managing a book of business.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and financial acumen.
