Partner & Head of Corporate Law

About the role

Lindemann Law is seeking a Partner & Head of Corporate Law to lead its corporate practice in Zurich. The role involves advising domestic and international clients on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters while shaping the firm’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate and commercial law, including company formation, structuring and legal strategy.
• Lead and execute complex transactions such as M&A, joint ventures, spin‑offs, restructurings and capital increases.
• Draft, review and negotiate shareholder agreements, investment contracts, SPAs, APAs and related documentation.
• Provide strategic guidance on corporate governance, board responsibilities, executive compensation and shareholder rights.
• Ensure compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, corporate disclosure requirements and international legal standards.

Required profile

• Swiss bar admission with first‑class qualifications and excellent academic credentials (Master’s/PhD).
• 10+ years of experience as a lawyer, preferably at partner level in a law firm, audit firm or senior in‑house role in banking or asset management.
• Proven client network and ability to attract new mandates; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with a client‑first mentality.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages (French, Italian) are an asset.
