Partner & Head of Private Client Services

About the role

Lindemann Law seeks a seasoned lawyer to lead its Private Client Services practice in Zurich. The partner will shape comprehensive wealth‑preservation strategies for high‑net‑worth individuals, families and family offices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage inheritance and succession plans, ensuring smooth inter‑generational wealth transfer.
• Draft and structure wills, trusts, prenuptial agreements and other protective legal documents.
• Advise on cross‑border inheritance issues, complying with international tax and legal frameworks.
• Design asset‑protection structures such as international trusts, family offices and holding companies.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, investment managers and tax experts to optimise client portfolios.
• Lead business development, thought‑leadership activities and represent the firm at industry events.

Required profile

• Swiss bar admission with outstanding academic credentials (Master’s/PhD) and preferably additional studies in business or financial law.
• 10+ years of legal experience, ideally at partner level in a law firm, audit firm or senior in‑house role.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages (French, Italian) are a plus.
• Proven client network, ability to attract new mandates and an entrepreneurial mindset.
