Partner Marketing Specialist (80-100%) – Siemens Smart Infrastructure

About the role

Siemens Smart Infrastructure strengthens its global partner ecosystem through its Partner Marketing team, which develops and implements marketing strategies and initiatives that engage partners, increase Partner Program adoption and support sustainable business growth. The Partner Marketing Specialist is based at the global headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, and works 80-100% on site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement global marketing activities that strengthen partner engagement and program adoption
• Develop and run marketing campaigns, communication initiatives and activations for the partner network
• Contribute to the end-to-end Partner Journey, especially onboarding, enablement, activation and retention
• Create marketing and enablement content, including materials for the Partner Portal and Market Development Funds (MDF)
• Identify marketing opportunities to attract new partners and strengthen existing ones
• Work with Partner Management, Sales, Product Management, Offer Marketing and regional teams
• Evolve the campaign-package approach toward demand creation and partner-driven growth
• Track performance, analyse KPIs, gather partner feedback and improve initiatives
• Take ownership of assigned projects and coordinate stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Proven marketing experience, ideally in Partner, Channel or B2B Marketing
• Understanding of partner ecosystems, channel business models and partner engagement
• Marketing and sales experience is a strong advantage
• Good project management and organisational skills
• Excellent English; German is an advantage
