Partner Onboarding Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, energetic, and relationship‑driven Partner Onboarding Success Manager to join our Business Operations team. You will be the face of CPPE during the critical onboarding and integration phase for new clinic partners, ensuring a seamless, informed, and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted relationship manager for new partner clinics during onboarding and integration.
• Lead clinics through the onboarding journey with proactive communication, keeping teams informed, supported, and confident.
• Travel regularly to clinic sites across the UK and Europe to provide hands‑on operational support.
• Develop a deep understanding of CPPE’s operating model, systems, workflows, and standards to guide clinics through integration.
• Become proficient in clinic practice management systems (EMRs, Monday.com, CRMs) and train clinic teams.
• Own and manage the end‑to‑end onboarding timeline, ensuring internal stakeholders meet agreed milestones.
• Serve as the internal PMO coordinator for clinic integrations, tracking progress and escalating blockers.
• Act as a “concierge” for partner clinics, coordinating internally to resolve issues and answer questions.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills with a people‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in the aesthetics industry or in a multi‑site healthcare environment (e.g., dental, veterinary, roll‑up platforms).
• Ability to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
• Positive, structured, and urgent approach to complex operational processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Experience using Monday.com.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
