Part‑time General Manager / Outlet Manager (Hybrid, Zurich)

About the role

This part‑time, hybrid position is based in Zurich and supports the day‑to‑day running of a student club. You will coordinate activities, events and workshops while balancing on‑site presence with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule club sessions, competitions, and meetings.
• Allocate tasks to core members, volunteers and participants and monitor progress.
• Maintain communication channels, attendance logs and performance records.
• Ensure rooms, equipment and online tools are available and properly used.
• Support outreach initiatives and implement member feedback.
• Foster an inclusive, motivating environment for all participants.

Required profile

• Current student or early‑career individual able to work part‑time in Zurich.
• Proven ability to organise schedules and supervise activities in a reliable manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating diverse groups.
• Comfort with hybrid work models and online collaboration tools.
• Interest in coding, technology or computer science.
