Payments Market & Product Expansion Vice President – Switzerland

About the role

The Payments Market and Product Expansion Vice President will lead the Swiss market strategy for JPMorgan Payments. Acting as the voice of regulators, clients, and fintech partners, you will shape product roadmaps that align with local requirements while supporting the global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the market by capturing and prioritising regulator, client, partner and sales requirements.
• Maintain expertise on Swiss payment regulations, scheme rules and ecosystem nuances.
• Secure market approvals, licensing, scheme certifications and attestations.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into actionable product delivery steps.
• Interface with regulators, schemes and partners to validate local readiness (SLAs, data residency, resiliency, controls).
• Lead pilot and early‑adopter programmes, resolving localisation gaps before scale‑up.
• Identify new corridors, use cases and partnership opportunities, develop business cases and influence prioritisation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in payments, fintech or banking with deep exposure to Swiss payment rails and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record in product strategy, market entry/expansion and go‑to‑market execution for payment solutions.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payment flows, client onboarding, KYC/AML, sanctions, reconciliation and operational support models.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and effective under pressure.
