About the role

As a People Attraction & Active Sourcing Specialist at Galaxus, you will join an international recruitment team that supports hiring across a wide range of business functions. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, delivering a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to innovative hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs for areas such as Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, and Category Management.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from proactive sourcing and talent mapping to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels and modern recruitment tools to attract high‑quality, diverse candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess cultural fit and role alignment.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in recruitment events, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise processes.
• Represent Galaxus’ culture and values as the first point of contact for candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various roles.
• Hands‑on experience in active sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Professional fluency in German (C1) and English.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment market and ability to attract talent for both technical and non‑technical positions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
