Performance Acceleration Senior Analyst (4-year development programme)

About the role

Join a 4-year development programme at Nestlé Operations, based in Vevey, Switzerland. You will rotate through 5-6 month assignments in factories worldwide, driving operational performance and sustainable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives to boost productivity and competitiveness across global factories.
• Manage operational optimisation and digital-transformation projects delivering measurable, sustainable results.
• Collaborate with factory leadership, R&D experts and corporate stakeholders to accelerate implementation and value creation.
• Coach teams and build capabilities to embed best practices and sustain long-term improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, share knowledge, benchmark performance and foster innovation within Nestlé’s global network.

Required profile

• Experience in a factory environment such as production, quality, engineering or related manufacturing functions; line-management experience is a plus.
• Strong project-leadership and problem-solving abilities to deliver business improvements.
• Coaching and influencing skills to engage and develop diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively (≈90 % factory-based) and work on long-term international assignments.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages are advantageous.
