Performance Marketing Manager – Meta (Paid Social)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own Meta paid‑social for our direct‑to‑consumer brands. You will shape strategy, allocate budgets across the funnel and work closely with our in‑house content team to drive growth in Europe and the upcoming US/Canada launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Meta media buying: account structure, campaign setup, budget allocation and scaling to meet funnel‑stage ROAS targets.
• Build and scale the paid‑social engine for the US and Canada markets from day one.
• Define and execute the paid‑social strategy and roadmap, setting direction for the channel.
• Lead creative testing with the content team: brief creation, hypothesis formulation, performance analysis and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with media buyers on Google, Amazon and retail campaigns to ensure a unified full‑funnel approach.
• Report performance with clear insights, challenge targets and recommend next steps.
• Optionally develop TikTok as a secondary paid‑social channel.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Meta media buying for D2C/e‑commerce brands.
• Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets and scaling profitably against ROAS targets.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel measurement, attribution and creative‑driven performance.
• Strategic mindset able to defend account structure and budget decisions.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• TikTok media buying experience is a plus.
