Personal Assistant

About the role

The Personal Assistant will act as the trusted right‑hand to the Principal, ensuring the smooth operation of a high‑end private household. This role combines operational oversight, coordination of services, and lifestyle management within a structured, medium‑sized organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day household and property management, maintaining the home to the highest standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and resolve any household issues promptly.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor inventory and anticipate household needs.
• Supervise domestic activities and organize household staff when required.
• Handle office‑related administration, mail, and database updates.
• Process invoices and payments using Winbiz and support basic accounting tasks.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and reservations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Private Household Manager.
• Strong background in household or property management within a private service environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities with a hands‑on approach.
• High level of discretion, reliability, and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in French and Spanish, with good command of English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Winbiz (experience preferred).
• Basic accounting knowledge.
