Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer & Barre)

About the role

We are a modern, growing Pilates studio seeking a passionate and qualified instructor to lead Mat, Reformer, and Barre classes. You will join a supportive community focused on delivering high‑quality, inspiring training experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes (Mat, Reformer and/or Barre) for clients of varying fitness levels.
• Provide hands‑on corrections, exercise modifications, and professional instruction.
• Create a welcoming, motivating, and safe training environment.
• Support smooth studio operations related to class delivery.
• Assist with events, workshops, and special classes as needed.

Required profile

• Certified Pilates Instructor for Mat, Reformer and/or Barre (or currently in training).
• Passion for movement and working with people.
• Professional, confident, empathetic presence.
• Reliable, responsible, and team‑oriented.
• Good English or German language skills (additional languages a plus).
