PMO Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Consultant to support major international organisations in delivering complex industrial transformation programmes. The role combines strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement and hands‑on operational execution across French‑speaking Switzerland and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate industrial projects and transformation initiatives in international, operational environments.
• Support programme steering through reporting, KPI monitoring, risk management and executive decision‑making.
• Conduct operational assessments, run stakeholder workshops and identify governance or execution gaps.
• Design and implement PMO frameworks, steering processes and corrective action plans to improve performance.
• Contribute directly to programme recovery, operational deployment and cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Master’s level or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management, transformation, PMO or operational roles within complex industries.
• Proven professional experience in Switzerland.
• Bilingual in at least two of French, English, German (the third language is a strong asset).
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical mindset and ability to work with both executive stakeholders and operational teams.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP are a plus.
