Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist – Electrophysiology

About the role

The Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist supports the Electrophysiology business in Zug by ensuring accurate pricing, contract management and master data processes. The role works closely with sales, clinical, marketing, finance and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and pricing proposals using company pricing logic and hierarchy.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including review, signature tracking, archiving and implementation of negotiated terms.
• Maintain pricing and commercial conditions in corporate systems and act as the local power user for contract and pricing data governance.
• Investigate price discrepancies, validate credit notes and create one‑time customer offers.
• Own master data for HCPs, customers and products, ensuring compliance with data quality standards.
• Test, pilot and roll out digital pricing tools, supporting user adoption.
• Produce recurring dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses to support commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations or master data management, preferably in MedTech or a regulated healthcare environment.
• Fluent German and professional‑level English; French is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and communication skills.
