Pro Bono Legal Advisor for International Health & Sustainability JVs

About the role

Synergya seeks a Swiss-qualified lawyer to join its Global Venture Platform on a pro‑bono basis for six months. You will support founders in structuring cross‑border partnerships for health and sustainability startups and scale‑ups across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal input for international joint‑venture (JV) formations and partnership agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, M&A documents, and JV structures.
• Advise founders on regulatory compliance specific to health and sustainability sectors.
• Support the team in preparing founders for market entry, go‑to‑market execution, and investment readiness.

Required profile

• Swiss‑qualified lawyer (Anwalt / Avocat / Avvocato).
• Proven track record advising startups and scale‑ups.
• Experience in M&A, JV structuring, and partnership agreements in international markets.
• Exposure to health and sustainability sectors with a strong passion for impact.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Swiss law and international contract law.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating M&A and JV agreements.
• Ability to conduct due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance.
