Procurement Senior Manager – Seasonings & Ingredients (EMEA & India)

About the role

This senior manager position leads the Ingredients/Seasonings category across EMEA and India Foods, shaping and executing multi‑year sourcing strategies to drive productivity, cost‑effective innovation and supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align multi‑year category sourcing strategies, translating them into annual operating plans and measurable value delivery.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and competitive sourcing events, leveraging global scale to enhance quality, service, innovation and supply continuity.
• Build a pipeline of productivity, value‑engineering, design‑to‑value and simplification initiatives and convert them into executable projects.
• Translate market, supplier and technology insights into category strategies and share intelligence with internal partners.
• Manage category risk, including supplier financial risk assessment, diversification and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of direct material procurement experience, preferably in seasonings, flavours or related categories.
• Proven ability to formulate strategies and translate them into actionable plans within a complex, matrixed, multi‑geography organization.
• Strong negotiation, strategic sourcing, contracting and supplier relationship management track record.
• Excellent financial and commercial acumen, including AOP planning, price forecasting and business‑case development.
• Demonstrated people leadership and talent development experience, including remote or geographically dispersed teams.
