Product and Brand Designer

About the role

Alohi is looking for a Product and Brand Designer to shape the visual identity and user experience of its AI‑first SaaS suite. Based in Geneva, you will work closely with product, marketing and development teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Create user‑centric product designs for Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus, Fax.Plus and Scan.Plus.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Conduct user research and testing, iterating based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system for consistency.
• Develop and uphold Alohi’s visual brand guidelines and asset library.
• Produce marketing materials and campaign assets that communicate the brand story.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer interactions.
• Stay informed on design trends and competitor positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in both product and brand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑focused and brand‑driven work.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Geneva and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for prototyping and design.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI‑based design tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration (nice to have).
