Product Designer – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to shape intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences for international products. This fully remote position allows you to own meaningful projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and grow professionally within an ambitious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, optimise, and maintain complex web interfaces and key user journeys such as registration, authentication, bonuses, gamification, navigation and search.
• Conduct UX research, competitive analysis and post‑launch studies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed design specifications for development.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts, QA, copywriters and support teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain design consistency within established design systems and contribute to their evolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing complex web and mobile interfaces in a product team.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variants, styles, variables and prototyping.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid understanding of the end‑to‑end product design process.
• Ability to work autonomously, define problems, propose solutions and drive initiatives from concept to post‑launch evaluation.
