Product Marketing & Growth Manager (Enterprise SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing & Growth Manager to build and own product marketing at Brame, a lean, growing SaaS company. You will work directly with founders, commercial leadership, and product teams to define market positioning and communicate value to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own Brame's positioning, messaging, and value proposition across products, industries, and buyer personas.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives for new products, features, and partner integrations.
• Create sales enablement collateral, presentations, and customer stories to help the commercial team win deals.
• Gather customer, partner, and competitive insights to continuously refine positioning and messaging.
• Leverage modern AI tools to produce high‑quality marketing assets quickly.
• Plan and execute product webinars and support targeted initiatives such as Account‑Based Marketing.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, go‑to‑market or B2B marketing within a SaaS environment.
• Strong positioning, messaging and storytelling abilities.
• Experience collaborating closely with product and sales teams.
• Commercial mindset with solid understanding of enterprise sales.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong project management skills.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.
