Product Merchandising Lead – Planning Market (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Merchandising Lead to drive merchandising execution across our Swiss sales markets. You will ensure strong stock, sales, and profitability outcomes by partnering with commercial teams and managing allocation, replenishment, and pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for sales market commercial teams on stock, inventory, and merchandising topics.
• Support markets in setting price maps, forecasting supply, and providing corrective measures.
• Decide on final‑sale, clearance, and special‑campaign articles and collaborate on markdown decisions.
• Manage allocation from warehouses to stores, adjust replenishment speed, and set replenishment blocks.
• Provide regular stock status reports and create transparency on incoming deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product merchandising, retail planning or commercial operations within retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales, demand and stock data.
• Experience with reporting and planning tools, preferably BI systems.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
