Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator will work on a chemical or technological process at a Monthey facility, ensuring safe and efficient operation under close supervision. The position runs from June 2026 to December 2027 and requires strict adherence to HSEQ standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor technical, physical and chemical parameters of the installation during normal operation.
• Follow internal procedures, safety regulations and HSEQ requirements at all times.
• Perform material charging and discharging according to trained procedures.
• Collect solid, liquid or gaseous samples for analysis.
• Carry out routine analyses following defined protocols.
• Support maintenance activities together with mechanics, electricians and external contractors.
• Report deviations or anomalies and apply corrective actions as instructed.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of industrial (preferably chemical) processes.
• Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field or equivalent.
• Initial experience in an industrial environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline and a reliable work ethic.
• Fluent French is mandatory.
