Program Coordinator – Enhanced Learning Programs (50% FTE)

About the role

EPFL is looking for a motivated and organized Program Coordinator to support the development and delivery of its Enhanced Learning Programs. You will work in an academic environment, guiding scholars through their learning journey and ensuring the smooth execution of program activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and mentor scholars, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of program outputs.
• Coordinate application and selection processes for program participants.
• Plan and execute engaging program events, handling logistics and on‑site execution.
• Organize student workshops and contribute to an interactive learning environment.
• Monitor the program budget, process scholarship payments, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare, review, and manage official documentation such as certificates and course materials.
• Design, administer, and analyse feedback surveys to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with communication and promotion efforts to increase program visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program coordination, education, or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; experience in communication or marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, able to work independently and within a team.
• Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings.
• Fluency in English and French (minimum C1 level).
