Program Manager

About the role

Destinus is pioneering advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for defense customers worldwide. As a Program Manager you will lead high‑impact, strategically critical programs, bridging technology, production, finance and customer success to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of strategic programs from contract award through delivery, aligning with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Manage program financial performance, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, cost control and margin optimization.
• Develop and execute program strategies that balance technical, commercial and operational constraints.
• Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders, partners and internal leadership, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks across technical, operational, financial, contractual and supply‑chain domains.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, production, procurement, quality and operations.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, milestones and financial metrics, driving corrective actions as needed.
• Support contract negotiations, change‑management activities and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
