About the role

Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of EPC projects in the energy sector, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

Manage project scope, timeline, budget and mitigate risks effectively.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, procurement and construction.
Act as primary contact for clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
Monitor progress, prepare regular reports and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German; Italian is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction processes.
Experience in risk analysis, mitigation and contract negotiation.
Vendor management and cost control experience.
