Project Manager – HVAC & Infrastructure

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC and infrastructure projects in Basel. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and ensure safe, efficient delivery in compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple HVAC and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, documentation and contract administration.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare project reports, governance materials and facilitate client meetings in German and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or technical environments.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and infrastructure‑related topics.
• Familiarity with Swiss construction standards (e.g., SIA) and procurement processes.
• Fluency in English and German with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
