Projects & Partnerships Support Intern – Geneva HQ

About the role

The Projects & Partnerships Support Intern will join the headquarters team of IMPACT Initiatives in Geneva, contributing to the coordination and delivery of its humanitarian programmes. Working closely with specialists in data collection, management, analysis and GIS, the intern will help strengthen the REACH, PANDA and AGORA initiatives that aim to improve decision‑making, programme effectiveness and localised aid actions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project and partnership team in day‑to‑day administrative and logistical tasks.
• Support data collection, cleaning and preparation for ongoing initiatives.
• Contribute to the analysis and visualisation of project data, including GIS mapping where relevant.
• Help prepare briefing notes, reports and presentations for internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme related to international development, data science, geography or a similar field.
• Strong interest in humanitarian work and multi‑sectoral aid projects.
