Python Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join a fully remote, async‑first engineering team building a high‑scale SaaS platform for global e‑commerce fulfillment. You will work on systems that process billions of orders each year and help shape the future of B2B logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Own features end‑to‑end: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the evolution of a large‑scale Warehouse Management System, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor teammates, and uphold high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers and product stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent solutions.
• Identify optimization opportunities, reduce technical debt, and improve CI/CD practices.
• Support the integration of AI tools into development, testing, and operational workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience in production environments.
• Proven track record building and maintaining scalable backend or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing, CI/CD, and technical debt management.
• Experience with high‑scale, performance‑critical applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, async‑first setting with strong ownership.
