QA Engineer – Mobile Testing

About the role

We are seeking a QA Engineer with deep expertise in mobile testing to join the SBC App Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our e‑bike rider experience apps on both Android and iOS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Review mobile app requirements and designs for testability.
• Create mobile‑focused test plans and detailed test scripts.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases using Katalon Studio and Appium.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and stress testing on devices and emulators.
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI, and product teams to resolve defects.
• Log, track, and manage mobile defects in the internal bug‑tracking system.
• Maintain QA processes for mobile test environments.
• Manage UAT sessions with business users and development teams.
• Analyze test results and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
• Proven track record of implementing test automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities in mobile contexts.
• Self‑motivated learner with excellent communication skills.
