Qualified Swiss Auditor – Funds & Asset Management (Geneva)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Swiss Auditor to join a leading audit and regulatory consulting firm in Geneva. The successful candidate will lead statutory and prudential audits for funds and asset managers while providing consultancy services on regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute statutory and prudential audits for Swiss funds and asset management clients.
• Conduct FINMA audits and ensure adherence to Swiss supervisory requirements.
• Provide advisory services on legislative compliance, AMLA, BA, FinIA and FINMA regulations.
• Manage audit teams, maintain high quality standards and meet strict deadlines.
• Support continuous professional development initiatives within the practice.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification audit experience, preferably in the funds and asset management sector.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Swiss audit accreditation issued by the Federal Audit Supervisory Authority.
• Hands‑on experience with FINMA audits.
• In‑depth knowledge of AMLA, BA, FinIA and FINMA regulatory frameworks.
