Quality Assurance Assistant – Data Migration & Documentation

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to support the Quality team during the rollout of a new digital platform for a space‑industry company in Emmen. The role focuses on migrating data from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy, traceability and proper documentation while contributing to the overall digitalisation effort.

Key responsibilities

• Track, extract and migrate data from legacy systems to new digital tools.
• Enter data accurately and maintain full traceability throughout the transition.
• Prepare and verify data packages for customer delivery, ensuring completeness and correct batch alignment.
• Collect, structure and consolidate documentation from multiple sources.
• Convert paper‑based data into digital formats.
• Monitor compliance with defined processes and support related activities such as quarantine area management and calibration.
• Assist the team with daily tasks related to system transition and process digitalisation.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform repetitive tasks reliably.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous‑improvement approach.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with data management tools.
