Quality Assurance Manager – Pharmaceuticals (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA function in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland. The role is responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply‑chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute QA strategy and operations for manufacturing and supply‑chain processes.
• Maintain compliance with EU GMP, GDP and other global regulatory standards.
• Oversee Quality Management System activities, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls and internal audits.
• Lead regulatory inspections and ensure inspection readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs and Operations teams.
• Build, develop and mentor a high‑performing QA team.

Required profile

• Significant QA leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP and related regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing inspections and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English; QP eligibility is a plus.
