Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will join the QA Supplier Management Team to manage Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) for raw material suppliers. You will ensure that supplier changes are assessed, documented and implemented in a controlled, compliant manner while working with SAP, TrackWise and the Document Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Review, assess and coordinate the evaluation of VCNs received from suppliers.
• Conduct impact assessments together with relevant departments.
• Track and document VCNs in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure timely implementation of required actions and updates to documentation.
• Utilise SAP, TrackWise and the Document Management System to support change control activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar QA or compliance role.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and change‑control processes.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English, German is a plus.

What we offer

• 6‑month fixed‑term contract starting 01.06.2026.
• Full‑time (5 days per week) with an onboarding period on‑site followed by a hybrid schedule (2 days on‑site per week).
