Quality Assurance Specialist – Supplier Management

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our QA Supplier Management team, focusing on raw material support. The role involves managing Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) to ensure supplier changes are evaluated, documented, and implemented in a GMP‑compliant manner.

Key responsibilities

• Review, assess, and coordinate Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) from suppliers.
• Conduct impact assessments with relevant stakeholders and departments.
• Track, document, and manage VCNs according to GMP requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations.
• Drive timely implementation of actions, system updates, and required documentation changes.
• Work across systems such as SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems.
• Collaborate with QA, Supply Chain, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support compliant supplier management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, Supplier Management, Change Control, or GMP support roles.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations, quality systems, and change control processes.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
