Quality Business Owner – MES & ERP

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is looking for a Quality Business Owner to lead global quality processes for both MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms. The role will ensure batch release, master data, and quality standards are consistently applied across all manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own global quality aspects of MES and ERP systems, including batch release and master batch record (MBR) creation.
• Lead quality processes within the QM modules of legacy ERP platforms until migration to TranSCend/TIME.
• Partner with the TranSCend team to align and transition quality business processes from legacy ERP to the new platform.
• Standardize, align, and drive adoption of business processes across related manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with Quality, DD&AI, JJT, Technical Quality, leadership, and global/site organizations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing quality processes in ERP and MES environments.
• Strong understanding of batch release, master data management, and MBR verification.
• Ability to lead global change initiatives and work across multiple geographic locations.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
