Quality Control Analyst – Pharma (Switzerland)

About the role

Join a dynamic team focused on delivering quality excellence in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically within cardiovascular therapy. As a Quality Control Analyst you will ensure that all processes meet stringent regulatory and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document process and risk analyses in a GMP environment.
• Create work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and training documents.
• Manage changes, deviations, and corrective actions within the quality management system.
• Implement global visual inspection guidelines into local processes and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including maintenance, automation, and quality departments.

Required profile

• Academic background in natural sciences (FH or university degree).
• Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry, preferably in a GMP‑regulated setting.
• Ability to work independently, quickly grasp new topics, and build project‑specific expertise.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to question existing processes and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Fluency in German (negotiation level) and good command of English, both written and spoken.
