Quality Manager – Industrial Manufacturing

About the role

This permanent, on‑site position reports to senior management and is responsible for owning and continuously improving the company’s Quality Management System across a range of manufacturing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, maintain and develop the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Define quality criteria, monitor performance, and communicate key indicators to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Methods and Workshop teams to establish inspection methods, controls and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve significant non‑conformities, exercising authority to suspend activities when necessary.
• Support resolution of technical quality issues in both mechanical and chemical manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of quality experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of implementing or significantly developing Quality Management Systems.
• TQ3 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, including mechanical and chemical engineering.
• Fluent English; German knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Analytical, pragmatic approach with the ability to work across technical disciplines.

• TQ3 qualification.
• Standard IT applications and database‑management tools.
