R&D Laboratory Technician – Food Science

About the role

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to support experimental activities within multidisciplinary food research projects at Nestlé Research. You will work on the preparation and execution of laboratory experiments, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and data traceability while contributing to the development of innovative food concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct laboratory experiments following defined protocols and quality standards.
• Document experimental results and maintain full traceability of data.
• Organise and manage experimental information within dedicated databases.
• Support multidisciplinary project teams with experimental planning and execution.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate advanced laboratory equipment.
• Assist in method development and contribute to scientific report writing.
