Recruiter – 360° Sales & Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who will manage the full 360° recruitment cycle while driving new business opportunities. The role blends sales, client relationship management and talent acquisition, allowing you to build lasting partnerships and deliver high‑quality hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting and placement.
• Place candidates in both temporary and permanent positions and support them throughout their assignments.
• Leverage digital recruitment tools, CRM systems, social media and professional networks to source both clients and candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talent and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience, preferably in business.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a client‑facing role.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Fluent German; English is an advantage.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with social media recruitment tools and digital sourcing techniques.
