Recruitment & Sales Consultant – IT & SAP (French‑speaking Switzerland)

About the role

Westhouse Switzerland AG is looking for a motivated Recruitment & Sales Consultant to own and grow a portfolio of IT and SAP clients in French‑speaking Switzerland. You will combine business development with end‑to‑end recruitment, acting as the trusted link between top‑tech talent and leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client base in the Romandie region, focusing on IT and SAP contract staffing.
• Source, assess and present highly qualified candidates through networks, referrals and the company database.
• Guide clients and candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from qualification to interview, negotiation and placement.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Support contract administration and comply with Swiss staffing regulations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search or personnel consulting.
• Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to generate new business.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ambition to grow an independent market.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Based in Switzerland or familiar with the Swiss employment market.
