Regional Emergency Solutions Specialist – Airfreight

About the role

The Regional Emergency Solutions Specialist will manage and coordinate time‑critical airfreight shipments for a wide range of commodities across JAS’s global industrial verticals. The role focuses on the “Next Flight Out”, “On Board Courier” and “Small Charter” product lines, ensuring rapid quotation, pickup, and delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored transportation solutions based on customer requirements.
• Quote, book, and oversee urgent airfreight shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Track active shipments in real time and proactively resolve any issues.
• Prepare and verify all required shipping documents, including airway bills.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with JAS branches and partners across the EU and overseas.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of global logistics and airfreight operations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
